Elm Grove Middle School Basketball traveled to North Desoto tonight for an important early season matchup, and the long trip proved to be worth it for the Eagles. Both teams chalked up a ‘W’ against a tough opponent on the road.

Eagles 7th Grade team won 17-15 in a highly contested match up that came right down to the wire.

Top scorers were Dallas Loche (11pts) and Ashton Jackson (4 pts).

The 8th Grade team had a much more dominant victory, winning 40-15, giving the audience an offensive showcase for this away game.

Top scorers in the 8th Grade matchup were Jaydan Spencer and Lemichael Smith with 8 each.
