Some of you know that I am a member of a group called Pepper Pals!

We find local restaurants that offer extremely spicy dishes or spicy challenges and attempt them once a month, just to see if we can handle the heat! The monthly meetups are fun and most folks enjoy seeing the reactions (or lack thereof) when a new member gets the first bite!
